Products & prices

We sell Korean‑inspired fashion (clothing, shoes, bags, accessories). Colours and details may look slightly different on your screen.

Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Orders & payment

Your order is accepted – and a contract is formed – when we send a shipping confirmation email.

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is a clear error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund you.

By paying, you confirm you are allowed to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping & international orders

We ship to the locations shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by events outside our control. Please check your address is correct.

For orders outside the UK, you may need to pay customs duties, taxes or handling fees. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are your responsibility.

Risk, ownership, returns

Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to your address. Ownership passes once we receive full payment.

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how to return items, time limits and conditions. Some items may be non‑returnable for hygiene reasons and will be clearly marked.

Faulty or wrong items

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, email us with your order number and photos. If we confirm the issue, we’ll offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

Use of our site & IP

You must not use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes, try to hack or disrupt it, or use bots/scrapers without permission.

All content on the site belongs to Mijilabs or our licensors. You may use it only for personal, non‑commercial use and must not copy or share it without our consent.

Liability & law

We do not limit or exclude liability where the law does not allow it (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profits, sales, business, data or indirect loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of England and Wales or in their local UK/EEA court.
